ModviaX is an AI gateway. To fulfill your API requests, we may transmit your prompts, messages, files, metadata and related request data to upstream model providers, infrastructure vendors or service providers. Their processing of that data may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit data through ModviaX.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We do not sell your API prompts or model outputs as a standalone data product.
