Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using ModviaX. It supplements the ModviaX Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to ModviaX.com, the ModviaX dashboard, API endpoints, API keys, prepaid credits, documentation and any related service that links to this policy. You are responsible for your own use of ModviaX and for activity by your users, customers, applications, employees, contractors and agents.

2. Legal Compliance

You may not use ModviaX to violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation or third-party right. You must obtain all permissions, notices, consents and rights required for the data, prompts, files, outputs, applications and workflows you submit or operate through ModviaX.

3. Abuse, Fraud and Platform Integrity

You may not use ModviaX to generate, facilitate, distribute, automate or support:

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, payment abuse or deceptive activity.
  • Spam, abusive automation, fake engagement, account farming, scraping abuse or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit code, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access or evasion of security controls.
  • Attempts to bypass rate limits, billing systems, access controls, usage restrictions, content filters or safety systems.
  • Activities that overload, degrade, disrupt, probe, scan, reverse engineer or interfere with ModviaX, upstream providers or other users.

4. Harmful, Illegal or Rights-Infringing Content

You may not submit, generate, request, store, route or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, privacy-invasive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise harmful. This includes content that facilitates violence, exploitation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, doxxing, illegal weapons activity or other serious harm.

5. High-Risk Uses

You may not use ModviaX as the sole basis for high-risk decisions or actions without appropriate human review, testing, safeguards, disclosures and legal compliance. High-risk uses may include employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, criminal justice, health, safety, biometric, financial, legal or other sensitive decisions that could significantly affect a person or organization.

6. Resale, Proxying and Shared Access

You may not resell, proxy, pool, share or make ModviaX available to third parties in a way that hides end-user identity, enables abuse, avoids rate limits, bypasses billing, violates provider restrictions or prevents ModviaX from enforcing these Terms and policies. If your application serves end users, you are responsible for monitoring their activity and enforcing appropriate restrictions.

7. API Keys and Security

You must protect API keys, credentials, account access and integration secrets. You may not publish API keys, embed them in public client-side code, knowingly allow unauthorized access or continue using keys that may have been exposed. You should promptly rotate or revoke compromised keys and notify ModviaX of security incidents that may affect the service.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

ModviaX may monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, throttle traffic, block requests, revoke API keys, suspend accounts, remove credits, require remediation, report unlawful activity or terminate access where we believe there is a risk to ModviaX, users, providers, third parties or the public. Enforcement may occur without prior notice where needed to prevent harm, legal risk, abuse or service disruption.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of ModviaX after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
